The IRI Team

The principals and associates of Independent Review Inc. are all seasoned mutual fund industry executives, securities lawyers, securities regulators and/or chartered accountants, each with many years’ experience (both in Canada and internationally).

All of us are now available to provide truly independent service on fund boards, independent governance bodies, independent review committees and investigatory teams. In the case of public Mutual Funds, the individuals on our team are available to serve as members of the fund's IRC.

Each committee is formed, in consultation with the client, from individuals on the list of Independent Review Inc. team members and/or persons selected by the client, in order to ensure that, both individually and collectively, the IRC has the right balance and range of skills and experience.
