The IRI Team

The principals and associates of Independent Review Inc. are all seasoned mutual fund industry executives, securities lawyers, securities regulators and/or chartered accountants, each with many years’ governance experience (both in Canada and internationally).

In the case of a public Mutual Fund, the individuals on our team are available to serve as members of the fund's IRC. Each committee is formed, in consultation with the client, from individuals on IRI list of team members and/or persons selected by the fund, in order to ensure that, both individually and collectively, the IRC has the right balance and range of skills and experience.
